His extensive knowledge spans upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, with a focus on minimizing downtime, enhancing system performance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Throughout his distinguished career, Barry has led diverse, multidisciplinary teams across global markets, excelling in managing commissioning strategies, system integration, and performance evaluations. He has worked directly for some of the biggest Oil & Gas companies as part of senior management teams, where his ability to foster a collaborative work environment has been instrumental in achieving seamless project execution and operational excellence.

Steve is Technical Director at RedSky and has accumulated more than 17 years of extensive experience in Preservation, offering technical and engineering support to clients across various industries.

Steve has successfully implemented Preservation activities into advanced systems like ProCoSys and iPIMS, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. He is a strong advocate for the “Build It Clean, Keep It Clean” (BICKIC) culture, which he has effectively implemented across numerous projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewables, Nuclear, and Data.
Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated a proven track record of completing high-profile assignments on time, consistently delivering high-quality results. His strong commitment to health and safety is evident in all his projects, where he ensures that best practices are followed to protect both personnel and assets.
Steve’s comprehensive understanding of preservation requirements, combined with his hands-on approach and strategic thinking, has positioned him as a leader in his field. Will Murphy
Will is one of the Technical Director at RedSky Energy, bringing a wealth of expertise in control engineering and process safety.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Control Engineering and has extensive experience as an Instrument, Process Control, and Safety Systems Engineer.
Will’s career began as an instrument technician, giving him a grounding on one of Europe’s most complex refineries before advancing to roles that included leading DCS migration projects, overseeing OT hardware refresh initiatives for digital security, and complex process control scheme optimization. Ensuring functional safety lifecycle compliance, alarm rationalization & safe operating limit management as the Instrument & Control focal point in the process safety leadership team for the European petrochemical sites of a supermajor Oil & Gas company. Additionally, Will has specialized in commissioning and optimizing combustion control and burner management systems across various industries spanning Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa.
From the UK but currently based in the UAE, in his downtime, Will enjoys traveling with his partner, running and maintaining his fitness
