As a seasoned professional in system completions, Barry has played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operational readiness for some of the world’s most challenging energy projects. His extensive knowledge spans upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, with a focus on minimizing downtime, enhancing system performance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Throughout his distinguished career, Barry has led diverse, multidisciplinary teams across global markets, excelling in managing commissioning strategies, system integration, and performance evaluations. Under his leadership, RedSky Energy has become synonymous with excellence in system completions and preservation, earning trust as a preferred partner for major international energy operators. Barry continues to guide RedSky Energy toward a future characterized by innovation, integrity, and operational excellence.

Kenny Murray brings over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector, grounded in a strong electrical engineering background.

Kenny Murray brings over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector, grounded in a strong electrical engineering background. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Maintenance & Integrity, Kenny is known for his strategic leadership and hands-on expertise across a wide range of upstream operational environments.
Most recently, Kenny played a key leadership role in the tender, award, and transition of the TotalEnergies UK General Maintenance & Operations Contract (GMOC). As Deputy Director, he successfully led the contract’s delivery against key milestones, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations — a testament to his operational and commercial leadership.
His greenfield project experience includes the delivery of the Culzean development, supporting the Mariner project, and contributing to the Clair Ridge DP platform. In addition, Kenny has extensive experience managing brownfield modifications, consistently driving safe, efficient, and value-adding outcomes across complex operational settings.
Kenny’s leadership style is defined by a commitment to continuous improvement, a strong work ethic, and a deep focus on building inclusive, collaborative teams. He is a passionate advocate for integrating core values and Process Safety Leadership into every aspect of project delivery, ensuring operational integrity and sustainable, long-term performance.
Outside of work, Kenny is a devoted family man who values time spent with his loved ones. He’s passionate about travel, enjoys discovering new cuisines, and is a keen runner. A committed sports enthusiast, he follows a wide range of sporting events whenever the opportunity arises.
